Default Vista Software

Bought a new HP PC for the home about a month ago. Don't do too much with it other than surf and play games.

The Admiral wants to add MS Outlook to it, so I checked out the Office suite...$400!

Outlook by itself was $110!

Any ideas short of piracy? ;?

Thanks, Chris

If you have any friends or family that are in education including students I would look at this company.

For most people the student version of office is a great deal, you can buy it any where, I doubt it has all the bells and whistles of the $400 version but most people never need them anyway.
I use mainly my web access mail for most everything, I only down load e-mail to my outlook or my computer that I want to keep. I think the one, I guess there is one, that comes with the computer would be good for that as well.
