Default Boat Zoap

I bought this stuff at the Marina store cause I forgot to bring dishwashing soap from home. Wow it works much better and much better than 409 and they say it leaves the wax. It was $7 at the marina but you can probably get it cheaper elsewhere.

I was so happy to find a new product that actually worked and just wanted to share with you-all.

******s from grunt and for those that know me, there ain't too many boat or other products I recommend

Yep, I've been using this stuff for years and it works great. Well worth an extra buck or two over anything else I've tried.

I found Boat Zoap last year. Bought a gallon and have plenty after washing 4 boats every weekend for 1.5 seasons. A little goes a long way and all that work I did putting on the Collinite wax is still looking good. It's not eating it away.

Question is, would it be bad to use on a car? Can't imagine the finish on a car is less durable than fiberglass. But, I ain't too smart sometimes.

dishwashing detergent is bad for everything - unless you want to strip wax - the 4 great ones are:

zoap
orpine
woody
meiguars car shampoo

I throw in a 1/2 cup of white vinegar - leaves the wax and cuts the water spots...

So Glen, a little Zoap and white vinegar and we're good to go? Got the black car now, and want it to look as good as your boat!
