Default Anything better than a Rotozip for Azek?

Building new stairs, using my rotozip on slow to cut out these risers. Too fast rewelds itself, works but PIA... Wondering if there is anything better?

Nice detail!

Try a sabre saw. I work with azek alot and although I have never cut in something quite like that, it does work fine for circles and tight radius curves. You definitely won't have melting issues.
