Default ocean master reels

Just got a catalog from bass pro and looks like for 99 bucks I can get a ocean master oml25b lever drag reel 40lbs/450yds (like the tld) and a rod 5'6" or 6' with roller guides gimbal butt with cap.

I figure why spend 2-3 hundred?? Anyone have any experience with these reels. Don't really care about the rod because that is basically free.

I have used them trolling striper fishing, I pulled one apart, inside is the same as a tld, I think shimano builds them for BPS
