Default Is everyone Paid up ?

It's that time of year that a lot of our boats are going back in the water, is your Sea Tow or BoatUS up to date.

Also check your EPIRB's battery date and don't forget to stay up on your EPIRB registration [ rereg. every two years ]

Just thinking saftey, I aint a salesman.

Yep, I'm paid up.................unlimitted towing. I made the mistake of not having unlimited once and broke down 60 miles from home....OUCH!

Don't forget about those flares. Make sure you check the dates. I was stopped for a safety check about a month ago, and the LEO double checked the date on my flares.

sea tow great for saving gas too.. When I am like 30 miles out "sea tow sea tow" need a tow back to my dock. Good trolling speed too and all that savings on gas fantastic!!

Thanks for the reminder Lester. BoatUS is good to go. The Admiral let it lapse once, don't think it will happen again. My 406 expired on 4/14. Never even thought about it. Locked myself out of the online service because I couldn't remember my password. I know the PW for most of the users on my network (and I really don't need to) but can't remember one I really want to. I'll call and grovel tomorrow. This is a great site! Thanks again.

Here's the link to the beacon registration site in case someone else needs it.

wellcraft290, it's because of people like you that cause long response times for other sea tow members who really need help. Also I wonder how long sea tow will be able to offer such a good service for an affordable price if people take advantage of them.

With the events in FL this past week I thought I'd bump this. Looks like a 2 year expiration on my ACR 406, goes out 5/2009.

My SeaTow comes due in June. My registraton is by calender year. There's too much snow to get anxious about that yet.

I know it's probably a little early for you northern boys. We don't get the luxury of taking a few months off, we have to fish all year.

Funny timing. I just updated my Boat US unlimited towing yesterday afternoon. I hadn't been to West Marine in a long time. I browsed the store for an hour and was the only one there except for one other person that came in. The workers kept asking me over and over again if I needed any help. I also noticed the shelves were packed.
