Default Cooler for hot items

Anyone out there have any suggestions on large capacity coolers that will handle being packed with 300 degree barbecue? We have a BBQ catering biz and sometimes store whole, foil wrapped, boston butts overnight in igloo coolers. They stay steaming hot for up to 24hrs in the coolers if unopened, but tend to ruin (warp and crack) the inside after one use. We usually buy 2 120qt coolers for every event then throw them away. It gets expensive and if we can buy 2 relatively expensive ones that we can use over and over, then we save $ in the long run. Thanks for the help.

The army surplus store in town has some of those old Marmite containers. They look like large thermos boxes.

Your town or mine? What are they exactly? Are they insulated? Keep in mind that I need something pretty big that will hold 160lbs of meat. And I need at least 2 of 'em.

MY town.

Gonzales, La. about 65 miles north of New Orleans.

I was figuring that you had to have a couple military surplus stores in your area.

Exact capacity?

But they looked like they would hold maybe 15 to 20 gallons.

I'll give my local surplus store a visit and see what they've got. Thanks.
