Default Builders, need help identifying brand of window

I have a window that has moisture inbetween the paines. I can't find the brand on any of the windows in the house, but they all have a distinctive feature that I've never seen on any other window. I was hoping that they have a 15+ year warranty on them, but can't find out w/o knowing the brand. Maybe you builders or other people here might be able to help me.

Here they are. The feature that I've never seen and I thought would maybe a trademark type thing for a certain brand is the grab part on the lower crosspiece of the lower sash.

I have no idea what kind of window that is, but I will say that I doubt they would have a 15+ year warranty. The reason I say this is because Anderson only gives a 10 year warranty on their windows. Not thinking anyone would give more than that.

But who knows I could be wrong!

If it's a Pella, they say they have a 20 yr warranty on their non-laminated glass. I've sent them an email to see.

If anyone else has an idea what it might be, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Looks like a standard builders grade window sold under a variety of names in the Mid-Atlantic area during the 70's and 80's, most common of which I believe was Remco. Doubt that it will have much of a warranty. Giveaway to me is the compressible plastic mounting tracks on the sides as well as the fingerhole trace in the lower sash..

I have no clue, some window brands can be as regionalized as the weather.

Sometimes there will be a small sticker under the sash with Model # on it. If that particular window does not have a sticker check the others.

House was built in '94, does that help any? Maybe I'll try to find the builder.

Doubt that it is a Pella as Pellas I have seen have a wider top rail with a groove there as well. Before I get the pummeling that is common on these forums, I have to say that my comment is a somewhat educated guess.

If it is not a Pella, then it is definetely an MW Window.
