Default House makeover finally finished

We bought this canal house in Pompano about 3 years ago and finally finsihed the whole house this week. Inside it was repainted and new ceilings, new kitchen and tiled thruout except for bedrooms. Outside we tore out the driveway pavers and put in a turnaround using cut marble, re- stucco'd and painted, relandscaped and put PGT hurricane glass in every window. I had agreat general contractor - Global Builders of Pompano. I highly recoemmend them. And I got my pavers from the garage all the way to the dock in back. Nice...

I asked the guy that mows our lawn if now it would be cheaper - guess his answer:

"h**l no... now I got more trimmin to do..."

That is a very nice makeover Glen.....let's see some pics of the new interior and most importantly, that great deck/boat lift set up.

Did you transplant the tree by the front door?

Looks great.

Of course the dock & seawall were done first. You must have priorities

Now about that Tiki Bar ..........

nah that tree was narly and old - here's the path now from the rods in the garage to the boat...my fav part...

also we had some white old rock in the alcove by the door that was really old with a little white wall in front - ripped that out - view from the living room much nicer now...

Great looking make over Glen. By looking at your pavers I can draw one conclusion for sure. Someone on the install crew became very familiar with a grinder and wet saw. WOW is that a lot of cutting. Looks great!!!

Did you pick the pattern?
