Some guy to day predicted Apple would hit $200.00 a share this year.

And I thought I was pushing it to suggest $160.00 a share in 2007.

At $160 a share I’m buying a new Landcruiser and a New motorcycle.

At $200.00 a share I can afford a cute lil ol girlfriend on the side.

Wife said “go ahead get you a cute lil ol girlfriend because it would kill you in a week or two and then I would get all your Apple shares”.

What do you think the iPhone will do for Apple when it releases soon? They have over a million pre-ordered from what I've heard. It's still a good time to buy AAPL.

Hang on tight for the ride of your life.

Can you say “stock split” soon?

Glen E,

Not in a hot little minute are you unloading, no way can you make me believe that. Very funny sentence though.

You are just like me-----In for the long, profitable, haul.

Don’t listen to old mean and nasty.

Best Buy to stock Apple products, Apple computers, in 200 stores by this fall. According to Best Buy President Brian Dunn.

How‘s them apples my Apple investment friends?

I’m thinking Best Buy is only the first of the big retailers to jump on the Apple bandwagon this year.

What do you think?

AAPL closed @ $94.27 today, Wednesday April 4th.

Eh..mean and nasty IT guys don't usually know what they are talking about. They don't have really fancy boats and bigs banks accounts to brag about.

Most "rich" folks I know don't brag about it; I guess most who have real money don't feel like they need to.

Y'all are gonna drive yourself nuts getting this emotional over a stock and watching it's every move daily. Jeez..don't you have some used cars to sell or something?

lol..looks like one of here is a jerk and getting pissed off, and well, I'm not angry about anything. I'm happy for ya Glenn..I hope you make oodles of money on Apple. But honestly, I doubt seriously that me or anyone else here much gives a dam how you paid for it, and if you haven't gotten the hint by now, bragging about your wealth is a pretty arrogant and classless thing to do. Made 15K on M$ in 87? Good for you! Again..are you trying to impress me, or you?

And to save bandwidth I have sigs turned off..but I've seen black anchors before.

This is another thing I love about THT....looking at things from different perspectives....in this case money/wealth/etc. I grew up in a family that was not big on saving and never traded or owned any stocks. These talks help me to look at my future and try and figure out how (to try) to get from here to there. My point is I was way too young without two pennies to rub together in 87 to buy stock. Now I have a lot (relatively speaking, obviously) of equity in my home, max out my 401k but that's kind of it. Made the decision for the wife to stay at home with Jack and maybe return to the workforce at somepoint so there isn't a ton of disposable cash left over to "risk" in the market at this point.

This thread is describing the cash flow quadrant....I need that 4th element!

I happen to like the stock stuff so keep it up!

I always keep in the back of my head the line...

How to make a million bucks in the stock market......invest two million.

Seriously, SeaNile, I also like the line that “the amount of reward is directly related to the amount of risk“.

Invest in Apple, (if only on paper), and join us in an exciting and profitable fun ride.

Apple this date Friday April 6th 07 $94.68. Write it down on a sticky pad, put it on your computer (hopefully an Apple computer) and watch it for the next few months.

I repeat my prediction for Apple to go to $160.00 a share this year and I would not be surprised in the least if it broke $200.00 a share.

Glen E and I are having great fun, join us.
