Default How patient will Toyota be??

I see where Michael Waltrip failed to qualify again for a race and that NONE of the toyota drivers are in the top 35 in owner points.

You know this is got to be killing them even though their spokesman said that "anticipated" this type of season

I agree - he has been taking advantage (really bennefitting )off of his brother's name for too long

They need to get Todd Bodine into one of their cup cars, he's won in their trucks and he's a great setup man with his background in building race cars and fixing setups. He's not having any HP problems so it's got to a problem with setups or Waltrip just can't drive.

You must have hit the hard stuff early this am

I have never been that impressed with Waltrip, the only time he ran good was in DEI cars and those dropped off in the last couple of years

he ran good in DEI cars at plate tracks. he made the daytona race, a plate track. And you must have hit the sauce pretty good today yourself if think Bodine can't set up a race car.
I've seen him first hand when he raced short track in Stafford Springs,Ct over 20 years ago
he built cars from the ground up as a fab. man for his brothers in mods., busch and then cup cars. I'm not saying he's going to win the nextel cup but he could help toyota as he already has winning their first truck series champ.
