Default Covid Vaccine Roll Call

Who has gotten the vaccine so far?

Which one did you get?

Any adverse reactions?

I got Pfizer.

Dose 1 - sore arm, felt tired for a few days.

Dose 2 (today) - No side effects yet (knock on wood.)
(next day) flu symptoms - headache, sore arm, muscle and joint aches. Severe fatigue.

I wonder if the arm soreness has to do with the person administering the shot.

For the first dose, I wasn’t ready and the lady just jammed it in. It hurt immediately.

Today I had time to relax and didn’t feel anything.

No way, glad I waited. Look what happened to J&J today. Just blood clots , no biggie. I will never get them.

None. I am in a not at risk group so adding the risk of an untested vaccine with no recourse it it kills or maims me seems to be a poor bet. The vaccine, for someone under age 60 and with no health issues, is a bigger health risk than catching COVID.

Just the media. They haven't yet been confirmed as a result from johnson and johnson and even IF they are that is 1:666,666 people having an issue. Odds of being struck by lightning are 1:500,000 for comparison.

Got the Pfizer last month (both doses) no injection site pain or ill effects at all.
Wife got the Moderna in mid-January (1) & mid-Feb (2), no issues with first shot, but ill for 2.5 days after the second (fever, chills, lethargy).

Wife, father, and mother all had Pfizer with no side effects.

Brother had Johnson and Johnson with no side effects.

Pfizer, first dose last week, second scheduled for the 29th.

Injection site pain for about 24-hrs, but otherwise no (noticeable) affect, aside from improved cell phone reception, but that’s for another thread.
