Pulse oximeter to monitor blood oxygen saturation. I had one sent to my parents house when my dad got back from the hospital after COVID related breathing issues. If percent saturation dips into the low 90's, head to the ER.

Thermometer
Body Armor instead of Gatorade
Soup
Crackers
Breathing exercising machine. Kept me out of ER five bucks
walk, do not stay in bed, keep your lungs going
Pulse odometer is very important. once you see it going down get up and start walking taken deep breaths. The breathing exercising machine i used while watching TV i could watch my oxygen level go up.
Coivid pneumonia is deadly and breathing exercises will help with this..
Stay in touch with your doctor in the vent your symptoms need c-pac or medication.
Read the different signs of covid so you can translate to your doctor.

1st thing I'm doing after a confirmed positive is getting Mab infusion. Don't wait, or itll be too late. I've seen far too many thinking it wont be bad, then try to tough it out and end up crashing hard at day 10. A few friends are now long haulers due to waiting.
Hope to get vaccine 1st tho. Tighten up, it wont be that much longer.

My really good buddy tested positive. He couldn’t go back to work til he had 2 negative tests. So I’m just going off what he ended up doing.
Gas for the power washer
wax for the cars and boat
new brakes for your truck
Contractor trash bags for the shed and attic

My advice is live your life and don't worry about Covid. There is a reason that 40% of health care workers won't take the vaccine. They fear the vaccine more than Covid. That ought to tell you something.

when he first tested positive he was really groggy for a few days but he says it’s due to just laying around for 2 days “waiting to get sick”. This is a guy in his 50s, probably on his feet 50% of his work day. He did get some heart scans 6 months after to make sure he didn’t have any damage.
