Default Bruce Springsteen DUI

So in Mid Nov bruce was arrested for DUI and reckless driving. He still did the Super Bowl chrysler commercial. He never revealed this publicly . He was outed by TMZ. Model spokesperson heh? So the reUNITE America add comes into new focus. Lets look at that.

A drunk driver is posing for one of the largest auto companies in the world. He knew. They probably knew. He was you know the model american. Phewww he/we can finally reUNITE America (notice how the capitalized that?). That's what Jeep said. Not implying but stating as a matter of fact that we weren't united but now we can be.

Behind a drunk driver. If you ask me this is right up there with the Ford commercials comparing the Challenger to a Ford right after the disasters

Good move! Anyway....Jeep has a big demand. I'm not knocking the product. Just add it to another bad part of LV

Simply amazingly tone death on Jeep’s part. I also agree that they knew and this is just more dead weight to a commercial that was a flop.

Did you hear the words in the commercial?

It’s no secret that the middle has been a hard place to get to lately between red and blue, between servant and citizen, between our freedom and our fear."

...”servant or citizen????

really?

promoting unity?

really jeep?

Not a good look, at least he was driving on a beach road. I wonder how many millions he had donated to charities

I've been a Bruce fan since the 70's but last couple of years I do t like his political views. DUI gives a new meaning to his song " 41 Shots" though.

You do realize he's worth 500 million but doesn't have enough so he cheated on his state taxes. And said...

irst of all, I never met anyone in New Jersey who paid their taxes,” Springsteen joked. “The entire state wasn’t paying any taxes. So, years went by and all of this time went by. Nobody’s paying any taxes. Me, the band, no one I know … I didn’t pay those taxes.”

Or let me rephrase that for you Leona H TAXES ARE FOR LITTLE PEOPLE

Everyone has the right to free speech. However there are implications that come with that right.
People want to be entertained not lectured especially people who have limited knowledge of what they speak of. So if his business declines then so be it.

Apparently he blew a 0.02% on the breathalyzer which is one quarter of the legal limit of 0.08% in NJ.

I guess you can't even think about having one beer and driving in NJ

Karma

Using a drunk driver to advertise a motor vehicle is slightly dumber than using J. Dahmer to promote Boars Head.

Bruce is an azzhat and people think he is the next coming of jesus. Can't stand the prick. He and his buddy Bon Jovi live like blue bloods here in NJ on huge estates with equestrian shit out the azz but make like they are the guy next store. I'm sure I'll here about the soup kitchens etc. from the pro e-streeters but its a smoke screen for their wealth... Total douche...

I don’t care for him but .02 isn’t close to drunk or dangerous. I have no idea on the story though but have seen adults over the age of 18 but less than 21 charged with this zero tolerance BS. If you’re really drunk you deserve what you get.
