Definitely change it!
It might not have pressure lubrication properties as in rod and main journals.
Google Bar oil and read what it is supposed to do.
I think it has graphite in it also.
I would not use it even in my lawnmower!

I would probably drain it, refill and add a quart of the oil treatments like sea foam. Run it for a bit then drain and top off with 0-20 synthetic.

Bar and chain oil is a completely different animal vs auto oil.

Small amount wont hurt anything in short term.
Id change it myself.......but not stress about doing it immediately. If you need to drive it someplace.... Like to get more oil.....go ahead. Engines can use wide range of oil viscosities. My truck uses 6qts of 5w20.... 0il comes in 5 qt container. I'll frequently dump in the leftover qt of 0w20 or 5w30 from wifes or kids cars..... Their's only take four quarts.

Did the same thing in my Jeep years ago. Ran it for a few weeks, then a deer ran out in front of me. Ran off the road right into a pine tree but the Jeep cut right through it. Ended up with 12 2x4s and some venison. I'd run it.
