Yeah earlier this summer I had some POS hippy sail boater find out that I was going out for a month and he tried to squat in my slip telling the marina I said it was OK. They kicked him out.

Used to slip at a town dock in Central Maine that had a few bars nearby and would routinely find people hanging out drinking beers and smoking joints on my boat... like 3 or more times each summer. I would nicely (usually) give them shit and explain that they could / would be blamed for any damage even if they didn't cause it so their best interest to not do that. Had a couple of REALLY drunk and belligerent DBs one night though and had to call the police and ended up in a scuffle with both just as the LEO showed up. Was pretty funny because neither had much balance and kept tipping over every time they would try to come at me...I actually was a bit concerned that one of them would fall in and drown. I didn't need the headache of dealing with that crap. Got an apology from one of them a couple days later.

Anyone else ever have an Invited guest wear out his welcome 30 miles offshore? A little shove overboard usually adjusts their attitude.

Never had anyone just come on my boat that I'm aware of but when we had a second home on HHI we kept a boat in a slip at the South Beach Marina. The marina had a restaurant, Salty Dog Cafe, which drew people by boat. Since there were only a couple of slips for them some of them would just use any open slip. It was not unusual to come back at the end of the day and find a boat tied up even with all of the "private slip you will be towed" signs. We would go to the restaurant make a notice and if no one would claim the boat we would let the security guard know and move it to the end of the dock.

I asked them to leave also.

I don't think any of them thought anything about the fact they were on someones else's property or were trespassing.

Everything else aside....I was calling BS on the MI thing from the start. That's way better talent than is typical for MI. Not to mention the chances of two chicks randomly walking about the boardwalk their in bathing suits is pretty well non-existent unless they are coming/going by boat to start with.

Yeah, with my luck, this would be the trespasser I'd find on my boat!

You’d be surprised how many people I’ve found laying and sitting on my Lamborghini. That is NOT a humble brag.

No....and until this thread I never though about how I would react. I guess it would depend on the situation....a couple of girls taking selfies would garner a 'Are you stupid?'. Kids looking for a place to party....'Are yall really stupid?' Someone rummaging around in the cabin, call the cops while blocking the door.

Back in high school, someone found a rental condo...that wasnt being rented (pre Ski season). So naturally that was the party spot for most of the Senior class until the police literally surrounded the place and took all of our names. Here is the rub, we ran it like a business, 2 buck cover charge and we took turns cleaning it up Sun morning. This party pad went on from Aug to late Oct. Owners claimed tens of thousands of dollars in damage and wanted the school to pay.....which we would have but the claims were way out of line. Turns out the owners tried to pull a fast one to get a ski condo remodel. There were a bunch of pictures that the yearbook kid took and refuted the owners claims. Local PD went back to the owners and they dropped all claims in exchange for carpet cleaning and locksmith. We paid it out of our Senior fund and still had enough to go to Acapulco after graduation. Stupid kids do stupid stuff.
