Another time Downtown Wilmington a bunch of drunk collage kids climbed aboard with some beer thinking they were going to hang out on the deck and drink beer. They were surprised when I came out of the cabin.
Welcome to Wilmington.

Actually happens more than most would think around Dockside/WB area as well.

Collage is like a collection, often of pictures or such. (pretty much irrelevant to the situation, but you brought it up a couple times)

That's some funny stuff right there!

I don't think any of them thought anything about the fact they were on someones else's property or were trespassing.

Pose naked for me, or get lost!

They burn their leg on a hot pipe and it's your fault or melt a shoe which is impossible to completely remove from the chrome.

We use to keep a key hidden at our family lake house in case someone got down there and forgot theirs... we did it for years. Word got around about it. Five years back or so my sister gets a call from the local sheriff... there's a party going on at the place. It was half a dozen high school kids. One of the kids was the step daughter of my brothers son in-law who had spent some time down there. No telling how many time she had done it as the place is pretty secluded and mostly used on the weekend. The kids parents who let the group in were adamant we press charges. She was a senior in HS and had been getting in trouble. They really wanted her to "learn a lesson". We decided not to. Didn't want to screw up her life for something pretty trivial and also something we were in part blame of. We also didn't want a group of local HS kids to take things out on our unprotectable property. I see the girl occasionally. She's grown up into a very pleasant young lady and is in nursing school now. We made the right choice.

Years ago wife and I are sleeping on the boat in the marina in breezy palms. Probably about 1 am some guy gets on my boat. My wife could not believe how fast I was up and out there with my .357 in hand. The guy looked like deer in the headlights. He says wrong boat and makes a quick exit. I’m like damn right wrong boat u almost got shot.

Hell yes I hate it when those bitting flies that show up when you are offshore in a CC.

My Dad got cursed once when he came out of a store. Some big ole fattie stuck her little kid on his bike and he burned his leg. Pops said too bad, hopped on and left. Thankfully she didn.t get his plate number. I had someone sit on my bike and drop it while I was in class in college. Came outside and bike was layign on its side.

Few years ago I invited an old friend from college fishing. Showed up with a guy I never met who had a beer at 6am. It was my friends neighbor, a marine in his 40s going through a divorce. He complained all day and got absolutely hammered. Id say easily 20 beers or more. He stepped over the transom onto the swim platform while on plane to piss at 30 mph and almost fell in but saved himself by grabbing the outboard cowling. Felt bad for the guy but not what I wanted to deal with.

Those two are most welcome on my boat anytime!

A buddy found a chick at the helm of his cigarette boat during dinner taking selfies while her boyfriend was sitting near by shaking his head.....both drunk as shit.

Last year overnighting at a dock party I come back to the boat where a girl we had met and allowed to hang on the boat was sitting there pissed. She's rolling her eyes at some drunk guy that had come on the boat and apparently doing the worst job ever of trying to pick her up. When I realize what's going on I threw him off the boat....almost had to do it physically.

I had brain surgery in 2017 to remove a Tumor. My word bank has suffered tremendously but I now have a photographic memory.

Mrdeepsea's girls are seven years older now and probably have two kids apiece. Let's see the after pictures...

No, but I have found squatters in my slip, and another time someone "borrowed" my 30 amp cord.
