Default My wife

Treats her luxury car like an SUV and it bugs the shit out of me.

Lol this is a safe space. The day she goes on one of my forums is the day I'm dead and she's looking for financial account information on my laptop. I swear, she'd try to stuff a California King mattress in the back seat and only call me to get my truck once she figured out it wouldn't fit.

As a guy who has transported a Christmas tree inside of an LS460 I’m in no position to throw any shade here.

HaHa. Monday night I didn’t feel like moving cars around and loaded up my wife’s ‘18 X5 with a Hilti AVR3000 jackhammer including cart, TE 60 both dusty as hell and 4 bags of garbage to drop off at my shop.

She got the last laugh since the tank read 20 miles till empty.

That's what she drives. Apparently it's the nicer version of a John Deere Gator ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I feel your pain. I don’t think the ladies take care of “regular” cars like we do. My wife keeps her vette immaculate but I’m finding more crumbs in her new expedition than I would have thought for a 2 week old vehicle. My truck has been demoted to the “work vehicle”. I swear one day I’m going to buy us a smart car for the beach so our nice cars stay nice. She can run her shark vac but doesn’t like to run the big orange shop vac with the long black hose. I drop something on the wood floors and I catch hell. She loves her pool boy, her pool boy loves his personal chef. Win win I reckon

My wife is CDO its the really bad form of OCD where they have to put it in alphabetical order. She is a clean freak but her car is biohazard on the inside. Her sister is coming to visit tomorrow so she is on a vacuum frenzy as I type. She expects the house to look like a magazine. Guess IM sleeping on the boat again hahah.

2 time LS owner. Last LS460 L had a Honda 2000 gen in it with 2 chipping hammers toted around for 2 days for a construction operation. Needless to say I traded it for a 2020 LX570. Sedans are so nice to drive but damn are they impractical when compared to trucks and SUV’s!

Oh and to add to OP’s point... my wife wants the LX but until she takes care of her car and stops allowing my kids to demolish the inside she will keep driving her Sienna... I would cry if my LX looked like hers at the end of every week. I too keep her car clean and have bought an onboard vac for it.

Lol I had to dig out her car today so she could drive some friends to a function tomorrow. Black and blonde interior. Enough hair to insulate my attic. Aaaand every Monday I have to “clean my shit up” before she hosts her bible study. I don’t think I could do better though. She is 100% behind my boat restoration and lets me do all the cooking.
