Default Would you buy a car that checked all the boxes except the exterior color?

I may be having my mid life crisis or post divorce 'festivus', but I'm considering buying a used Mustang convertible. I've owned 3 BMW convertibles and 2 Porsche convertibles so I'm experienced in the convertible aspect of the equation. I had a Mustang convertible as a rental for 5 days in the Smokey Mountains a couple weeks ago and it reignited my desire for a 'fun' convertible. I have found a 2019 Mustang (Ecoboost) convertible with 6 speed manual that is perfect, except the exterior color is not in the top 5 of colors I would choose if given the choice. (Please spare the lecture on the GT v8 vs ecoboost 4 banger lecture as I have never been a muscle car person. The ecoboost is 310 HP and 350 torquees with a 0-60 around 5.5 seconds and that's quick enough for me).

Would you compromise on the exterior color if the car otherwise was otherwise exactly what you're looking for?

Btw, Mustangs with manual trannys are not very common at all.

It's not a super-rare example whose value will plummet if you have it repainted. It checks all the boxes otherwise, so buy & enjoy it. If the exterior color still bugs you in the Spring, get it resprayed or wrapped.

It's green. Very green. My buddy calls it "Ghostbuster" green. Which I think is appropriate. I keep getting texts from him "Who ya gonna call?"

It actually looked better in person than I expected. But I had very low expectations.

It's second hand, you don't get to pick colours or options, that's just how it is, we still don't know what colour it is.......

I've seen some green cars I liked but not that one. I wouldn't want to look at it daily.

I would... but with some of these bright greens and oranges they don't age well. Having said that, you don't see the paint when you're driving.

I know that didn't help. Sorry.

I have different tastes in color and most, but that green would be out of the question.

Pics of sales lady's girlfriend.

Some people like green. But there are lots of different greens, that one is not for me. Now if it were yellow.

That being said, some people are pickier than others. I spend a lot of time in my truck and I’m one of the picky ones. I order my vehicles, so I get exactly what I want.

Since you’re asking, I suspect you know the green mustang is not for you. There worst thing is to own a ugly boat or car and hate using it.

Good luck!
