So for over 4 years now I have kept my boat and trailer on the main street and I kept my jeep and jeep trailer (its a rock crawler and cant go fast) on the court. new shit heads move in and everything is fine until his son is in my driveway banging his handlebars of his bike into my truck doors. I reprimanded him and he ran off in fear. Next thing i know white trash is flinging ciggerete buts into my driveway and called the cops on my boat and jeep trailer. Cops say I have to move my shit but there are trailers all over the neighborhood in the street. Selective enforcement.... Doesn't it take a village to raise a child? I think I need to confront them but fear I don't have the ability to be PC... I'm pretty old school. suggestions?

Show us a photo of how your house looks? Sounds like you have some random stuff out near the road (Jeep, trailer, boat etc). Not everyone likes that stuff, and I can see someone making it an issue.
With that said, I’m a “live and let live” type, so I’m not calling the cops on someone for having excess vehicles/equipment.

You have three options.
#1, get yourself in compliance with the law. Then when they break the law, call the cops on them. They'll get the memo real quick.
#2, scorched earth. Good luck with prison though.
#3, go have a polite but firm conversation with them as to what happened and why you reacted the way that you did. Inform them that you could have called the police on their son and had him in juvenile court for destruction of property and had your insurance come after them for damages because their kid was unsupervised and trespassing/causing damage to other people's belongings and that you do not appreciate their retaliation and you wish to end this situation immediately so it doesn't turn in to a cops there every day thing. Make sure you record the entire conversation (even better if you have it on video) that way if they claim you threatened them you have the evidence to show they are lying and they have no leg to stand on. Get some Wyze cameras set up in strategic locations to catch any retaliation and document any further incidences with them if they continue to escalate.
BTW, HOA's are THE DEVIL. I specifically moved somewhere that has none, and have a white trash neighbor. I cannot tell you how many times I've had to pull a gun on their dogs getting in my yard and coming after me. One day will be the last, and the Sheriff's already know about it. They're not like your problem though because they are in all kinds of violation and they don't want anybody calling the cops on them.

Storing trailers in the street? Where does that fly?

Not "PC" is different than being an asshole. I don't think there is any political correctness coming into play anywhere.
Judge Judy it.
Sounds like both sides are being douchey.

I’m not sure who’s wrong or right but something should be on fire by now.

Ah you're fkd. Go have a kid and get your kid to kick his kids ass.
Most cities all your shit has to be behind your setback ie front of the house... Kids can hurt themselves if not

Park your tow vehicle in the street and hook it to the boat. In VA and NC you can park your stuff on the side of the road, but you can not store stuff on the side of the road.
