Tail rope it and tow it to your nearest lobster boat to winch up.

Do you suppose a fish knows how big the boat is?

If he sunk and drowned, irresponsible.
If he landed it and sold it, f’ing legend.
Its a fine line.

looks to me that the extra weight of both of those guys on the same side as the fish is the problem.

friend of mine use to spear fish some big 400 to 600lb Jew fish back in the 70s and said he had to pull them over to a rig to get them to help load them into the boat with their hoist/rig they used to lift supplies up off supply boats.

lots of meat on fish that size

It ain’t the size of the boat... it’s the size of the balls in it.

That is a 21 Mako. Mike went through that several times this year. Good fisherman. You should have seen him do that last year in his 19 Mako lol

Big fish. Do people really think it looks like it’s 700lbs?
Just curious because I watch wicked tuna often and know a former capt from the show. Just doesn’t look like its 700lbs? It’s a huge fish for sure though.

If you watch Wicked Tuna, then your estimates are out the door.
