Acts like campground deer that gets fed every day.
Or, someone could have kept it as a pet before releasing it. Happens all the time. I have a picture somewhere of a deer in the woods my trail camera caught .......wearing a collar.

Getting close to the rut,getting that close to a buck is extremely dangerous.Zero to full gore in seconds. Knew a local guy that rehabbed injured deer that got gored so bad that he needed a colostomy bag for the rest of his life. The deer never looked aggressive,just went ape shit.
