I don’t own any special night vis so probably dog hunt. Just looking to get out and take down some pigs. I’m in the North East, hogs haven’t made their way here yet.

the outfitters will furnish what is needed

There are a couple of places here in SW Florida. Shoots run about $300 for a hog on private land. Im gonna go do it once I sight in my bacon maker.

Thanks for the link. We are new to SWFL and my daughter has been asking about doing a boar hunt but wasn't sure where to find one. She is trying to decide between a spa day with mom or boar hunt with dad for her birthday. Tough choice.

skip all the guided BS! find a farmer in your area with a hog problem and work a deal with him! either lease it for hunting rights or just a deal to help eradicate the hog population for him!

here is the trick! most farmers usually have no problem with letting someone hunt hogs, right up until they start disrespecting the farmer and his land. they dont want the fields destroyed by trucks or ATV's they dont want to have to clean up after you, they dont want you bringing 1/2 the town to hunt it, they dont want you selling hunts from there property, and they damn sure dont want you messing with there equipment!

this is more or less what I had in mind. I don’t live any where near an area that has hog issues. So it’s hard to find a spot. I was thinking someone on here would have an area or know someone.

I’m not looking for a specific area. I live in Connecticut. So no matter the area I’d have to fly or drive a while.

I have a friend that kills hogs for different farmers around. I'm sure he would probably take you. I don't know what his schedule is but I could ask him.
I'm in southwest Ga.
Also, go to GON forum (Georgia Outdoor News), you can probably get some help there.
