Dodge Challenger Crabbing On The Highway.

Could be many things not frame related. Could be a mod gone bad and the PCM isn’t reading the rear end and front end. Theses cars have adjustable steering and adjustable rear gear ratios thru the computer. F that up and I’ve heard crabbing could be the result.
To bend a frame to get that you’re talking serious body damage. I didn’t see any but only had one angle

Considering it's unibody it doesn't have a frame. That is a suspension problem. Left rear wheel is toe in (possibly camber also), right rear wheel is toe out (and also appears to be off on camber as well.) That car does not have four wheel steering so that indicates it has suspension damage. Best guess is a donut or powerslide gone wrong and hit a curb.

I have a Challenger, would love to hear how I change the rear gear ratio through the computer. That isn't logical at all.
The car is damaged. It isn't anything with the computer.
