That's awesome. That was the one thing that surprised me more than anything else when I put in a driveway camera....more kids than I ever imagined like coming up the driveway and racing down it as fast as they can. It has a big slope to it. I don't care in the least as long as they don't run a handlebar down the side of my truck.

what if someone falls and gets hurt, could owner be sued for encouraging them to ride there?
Lucky it's not NJ or NY because there are lot's of low life people looking for something like this and get a sleazy lawyer and sue the ass off the home owner.
Shame is I've had to chain off my building parking area because people us it for riding and parking vehicles. Lawyer told me I could be held responsible so I had to shut it down.

Agree, shame is we are such a litigious society that we have to even think this way.

I use to shoot hoops with neighborhood kids in my driveway. I use to offer them $1 if they made "that" shot. Always ended up breaking even. But it made it fun and they enjoyed it. Sometimes we played 2 on 2.

No not at. My property is a commercial building and it is simply foolish to allow children to play on it. You can't deny that today there are many people looking for an easy payday and a personnel injury law suit is a quick way to big bucks.
Unfortunately even a residential property is susceptible to an ambulance chasing lawyer.
