Depending on your sign's political tilt, it's either the guy with the Subaru or the guy with the Ram pickup, or if no Ram in the neighborhood the one with the Grand Cherokee.

Been there, done that.

The guy I caught on camera had a hoodie on. So for my 3rd sign I drove a pointed 2x4 into the ground as an anchor. Removed the steel wire frame and made a wood frame instead. Slid the sign over the wood frame and shot about 150 2" trim nails through it, like a porcupine. Then fastened the wood frame to the 2x4 with screws. Never needed another sign.

Made my own years ago.
faster, better than storebought

Several of mine are IR.

Every camera is IR capable...the ccd glass has an ir filter on it, to block IR. Remove IR filter from the glass.. and put filter over visible light flash that only passes IR.....and you got IR camera, with no visible flash.

Hagshouse.com

Im sure todays are better....but 20 yrs ago.....the ones i built were far superior to anything could buy. Especially "on time"....0.2 sec or so. The key is a camera that powers on fast....and ....keeping flash charged. So camera turns on briefly once/hr to charge flash so always ready. 2 AA rechargeables lasts ~3 weeks.....300 pics....most flash. More batteries external to camera can extend that to months when needed.

Taking pics of critters is more fun than hunting them with gun.
