Be careful how hard you step. The rungs of a ladder hold up the person, but both fall to ground level when the lowly rung breaks. They tend to try and take you down with them. lol

Protesters set up a guillotine outside Jeff Bezos' mansion -

The protest came the day after Bezos' net worth surpassed $200 billion, making him the richest person in history, according to Forbes. - Gawd , that's 200 million x 1000 right ? 200 million is extremely Rich .

think of it this way.
a million seconds = 11.5 days
a billion seconds = 31.7 years
a trillion seconds = 31,709 years

amen! I don't understand the minds of some people. So basically, all jobs should pay a percentage of what the owner or CEO makes? If Amazon's not paying enough they should go find another job.

yes! This is the principle our country is founded on. We all have the right to achieve as much as we want to or our ability allows. No one is exempt from this.

Does Bezo make a lot of money absolutely.

But he also put the risk out and built the business and his worth is in stock so if company tanks he looses big as well.

And I am sorry and I am sure I will get some backlash for this but. Ever notice most that want more of his money or say what they say would not be saying it if they were the ones making Millions/Billions.

Now is the guy generally an ass yes he is.

But you build a business and you reap the rewards.

That being said I am a firm believer in you treat your employee's right and you keep them happy with in reason. They are the reason for your success and your failure in many aspects. They are not rungs to success to be stepped on and used up.

I have a couple friends who are quite talented in their respective fields. I have encouraged and even offered to help them get started in opening their own businesses. None of them want the responsibility/headache that comes with that.......so each of them makes decent money, but not "owner" money.

(To their credit, none of them complain about how much the "boss" makes either)

Don’t think there are many people working in the WH that finished college and chased a dream to succeed.
A lot of people who forgot the reward for doing a good job, you keep it.

Everyone has a choice. Some choose to push things and take risks. Some choose to take the safe path. Some choose to do just enough to get by and some choose to feel like they are owed because others do well.

If you're not happy start your own business and put them out of business. How hard could that be; they did it and you know they're idiots.

Sounds too much like work, be easier to form a union then force them to pay you for doing nothing.
