Take pic of your tools off, especially with plate visible.

Lance

What’s the cost savings when you are spraying vs purchasing the 5gal buckets? I Always see the guys advertising to do driveways for about the same price as if I went to Home Depot and bought the buckets and applied it myself. Must be a lot cheaper buying in bulk.

I find its best to keep an open mind and always try new ideas. Never know what direction things will turn. Last month for my gutter business I threw in a quote to trim some minor branches off a customers house. Already have the Husqvarna 14’ pole saw and a few chain saws so no real out of pocket expense. They bit, and so have a bunch of others. Extra $3500 in revenue so far and not much additional time since we were already working at the house.

Sounds perfect - I have less experience in you in business and I have seen profit drop and stress increase the bigger we got. Had 6 employees 3 vans at one point and that was no fun. Back to 2 techs in a single service van, myself running things from the office and doing quotes and other admin task, and part time office help and I barely touch tools anymore and it’s been so nice. I turn down more work than we take and that is not a bad thing at all. I like it small and don’t see any reason to change that.
