Default Replica watch site

There was some discussion here many moons ago about the pros and cons of different replica watch sites that I can no longer find. I have a particular model in mind and would like to know who you have dealt with that had a decent product and can be trusted etc.
Thanks in advance.

I don't know any sites but I bought a Fake Rolex in Time Square 10 years ago and its still ticking. It was the best $20.00 bucks I've spent. I did have to change the batt a few years back. It has produced a lot of fun at parties but peoples with real ones don't seem to laugh much at my jokes.

Do a google search for replica watches, you will find what you need. What brand are you looking for?

I think you should buy the an authentic, don't try to fool yourself,or anyone else. These things are in no way finished like the real things.

If a person is underhanded enough to sell a replica watch I can only imagine what they'll do with your credit card info after you buy it.

I asked the question because the topic of watches came up during a family discussion of gifts received versus gifts desired. Someone mentioned the replica market and a dim light bulb lit up over my head.

My memory of the prior discussion was fuzzy but I seem to recall that there were some folks here that thought some of the replicas looked pretty good and I was wondering if anyone had actually followed through and purchased and if so, if they had a positive experience. Our discussion also gravitated to the legality, morality and soundness of making such a purchase so that was why feedback was requested.

I did spend time searching sites and found that every vendor actually bragged about how their fake movement was better than their competitors fake movement and how one is a better replica than another. I used the model I knew as a basis of the comparison from site to site just to determine the differences between each seller. Their antics were kinda like the kettle calling the pot black IMHO but it was entertaining and made me realize how little I know so I thought I would ask.

Sorry if I offended anyone.

There are "high end" replicas out there (if you can call a Replica High End) and the primary selling point that the producers try to drive home is that thier replica is the "quality" of the original so you can keep your original locked up in a safe and wear the "replica". Seems rather pointless to me, really.. Some of these higher end replicas cost as much as $1500.00 and come with real swiss ETA Movements so they are quality made, but they are still fakes. The morality discussion is valid, because these are not licensed in any way, and they are violating tons of copyright laws and registered trade mark laws, and this is why most of these companies are fly by nighters because Rolex (the most copied, obviously) will go after them and shut them down eventually.

If you want a watch that looks like a Rolex why not just buy something "similar" if you love the Rolex Submariner there are hundreds of legitimate watch companies that make anything from low grade to mid tier to high end watches that are of similar design, without trying to infringe on copyright. Because you really can't copyright a "style" of watch.

I bought two relplicas from a company in calif that got them out of china - they are identical and still work perfectly. I have real breitling but these are fun to wear.

Glen, that is the site that spams me everyday, the emails are from different people though. I don't know if it is an MLM deal or what.

Hmmm. Maybe your Grady White Marlin 30 is really a replica made by Sea Fox...
