I am the "renter"..
I pay My/Our rent on time, (full discloser), I'm also on *HAP* in other words, Section 8..
Full Story..
Landlord wanted My Bass boat off the property, Sold the "Hull", for 650.00,, We received, 500 for it..
The Outboard, was a Evinrude "Fast Strike", Which was (Per verbal agreement), to be used on HIS Shrimp boat, While I "used" His 15Hp outboard to get oysters with on My john Boat..
My Misses OWNED the outboard.. (150Hp Evinrude)..
LandLord, after getting a letter from the IRS, decides he is going to sell Misses outboard motor for 2K, offering Her only 600.00..
She Declined..
Landlord took back 15hp on the John boat.. Decides He & Wife are going to evict Us.. From the property..
**Mean-While**
They had parked a camper, pulling Utilities/Water etc, MAKING US PAY those bills under threats of eviction..
While dumping RAW Sewage under My Daughters Window, AND a Second RV out back..
LL is a certified Crackhead..
We have documents/Video/Paper trails etc & We are in need of a Attorney..
Honestly is there a Lawyer, here on Hull Truth that would be willing to give a hand? I'll post these Docs to just give a Idea..

David, you should take the advice above and just move if you can.
I know your name because you failed to redact in on page two. Page one shows the address and page two the name.

Even if you manage to resolve this, there will be resentment, retaliation, or at minimum bad blood. Perhaps all 3. Time to move.

I’m not sure what you need an Atty for? Looks like HUD official is handling it, as should be the case. If you’re trying to get help as it pertains to the boats/outboards it’s all hearsay/he said-she said, unless you have title to any of the mentioned properties. Gotta have things in writing.
