Default Tundra double cab owners please!!!!!

When pushing the button for the back window to go up does yours pause when it gets like 3/4 ways up? I test drove one that did this, the weird thing was it did it in the same place every time. Is this thing messed up or what?????

Thanks!!!!

Thanks.

Is there a reason for this?

I thought it might have been a bad switch or motor.

It's a safety feacture so stupid parents do not take off there childrens fingers. If you are looking to buy one , do it. My only disapointment is the gass millage, 15 to 16 around town and 19 to 21 on the highway if I stay under 70 mph.

Designed that way. If it matters the new tundra is due out in the summer. That is one reason they are giving such good incentives to move their inventory.

I have heard that the new models coming out will be available with much larger engines. I love my 2004 Double Cab Limited. do yourself a favor if you get one and be carefull on the highway as the truck will fly and you will not know how fast you are going because the ride is so smooth

If it's OK with Wiley

Is a Toyota web forum. A good place to get Tundra information from owners.

Thanks for the replies and all the past advice I found by using the search on the tundra.

rwidman, that site is awesome. Thanks for posting it.

I bought a 06 doublecab SR5. I am not crazy about the 07 design and I will let them work the bugs out of them first.

I will say that if you are like me and prefer the 06 body, now is the time to go try and deal with them. Some will say buying the 06 was stupid, but it was what I wanted, and did not have to buy used and wonder what kind of life it had.

Speakers sound ok to me, but I realy miss my JL 10 out of my f150. I have found a bazooka 6.5 with amp that fits the rear storage compartment perfectly, but have not heard it to judge the sound yet. Next extra grand I got to blow will go into two 8"s in the drivers side rear storage, rhino liner, and low profile tool box.
