Default New Years resolutions anyone?

Last year I resolved to return all my deposit bottles
and I did it!

This year I'm resolving to have less bottles to return....
I'd like to lose 10 pounds too.
I'm resolving to fish more (catch more?)!

How about you folks? Whatever you're trying to do,
goodluck!

Happy New Year THTers!

N.Y.Rs are ok in moderation. As a kid one year, I made 50 resolutions and failed every one of them. Nowadays I make 1 or 2 that way it improves the chances of success with at least one. Mine this year are to lose weight and get laid more...I guess the former begets the latter.

Start running at least three days a week
Lose 30 #'s
Cut way back on alcohol intake (should help with the 30)
Teach my three year old to swim, cast a spinning rod, and bait a hook with a mullett

MORE TIME ON THE BOAT

the list of what i should do would be impossible, so:

lose 15#
exercise
spend more time outdoors (preferably at the lake)
not expect/want too much from life

if i manage those i'll be a happier camper

Last year's THT resolution was to keep out of the bilge and not respond to any political posts

I was successful in 2006 and will maintain that resolution for 2007

- - -

My non THT resolution is to spend more time with my Mom as her Alzheimer's progresses

Lose a few pounds

My friend quit a few months ago . . . he bought candy for diabetics . . . very few calories . . . I tried them and they are pretty good

I am now eating them when I have a craving . . . seems to be helping me lose weight

Againg, congrats on stopping smoking . . . I am sure that you will feel much better
