Default I wish this show was more popular

I have been watching the show Unfathomed following Capt. George Gozdz fishing all different areas of Florida and now other states. I have seen every episode and the editing is truly phenomenal. This show used to be Reel Time Florida Sportsman and was rebranded a year or two ago.

This series does not get the views it deserves.

I really enjoy watching the Reel Time Florida Sportsman series. The show opening always makes me smile and realize how much I appreciate growing up and living in FL.

That's what I was hoping to hear. I will search for it this evening. Thanks for the recommendation.

That's when I used to enjoy watching it, he used to fish with a local guest of the particular area he was fishing, the new show is different and its just not the same.

Meh, you seen one you've seen them all. Honestly, this is one of the better ones. And into the blue. But it;s just guys catching fish.... I really with they got more into with the mechanics of rigging, baiting, etc. Otherwise I'd rather watch the show with Luiza.

There are plenty of shows where "the editing is truly phenomenal". I like Into the Blue. And Fish Mavericks, when he got face slapped with that fish, man that was some phenomenal editing.

I agree. I used to really like the old show, and even though I don't live in Florida I used to watch it regularly. I saw 1 or 2 of new episodes and actually disliked it. Too bad, he does seam like a nice guy though.

I like watching George. Seems like a guy that I’d like to fish with. Not egotistical or arrogant and doesn’t mind laughing at himself. I especially liked the opening scenes and music of “Reel Time”. But I like this new show fine. The episode fishing and camping in the Everglades was pretty good. As was the one where he tackled one of the east coast inlets in really tough conditions in his bay boat. And his new boat is pretty sharp too.

What TV I watch is usually fishing shows. But since Dish decided to drop Sun Sports I miss a lot of the ones I used to watch.

Thanks for watching! Unfathomed airs on the Sportsman Channel currently on Sunday afternoons at 4:30pm. You can catch up on all the older episodes on my YouTube page. I understand the format isn't for everyone but we're doing our best to bring you quality content. Check out the shows and I would love to hear the feedback.

Here's the latest episode posted...

I looked up the channel and episodes on Youtube over the weekend and watched several episodes. The show is growing on me. Great photography / editing...I also like how it showcases some of the essence of each location being traveled to. I am sure I will get around to watching the rest of the posted episodes over the next few weeks. The bloopers at the end credits is nice touch by the way. Shows you don't take yourself too seriously.

Thanks for the recommendation.

Unfathomed 2020 Episode 1 - Key West
Why do you care about the reviews it receives?

In my opinion it is a great show that hasn't fully reached its audience based upon its view count, so I wanted to share with others to watch. If you go back and read I said it doesn't get the views it deserves, not reviews.

this is brilliant marketing. Show has probably gotten more 'views' in the past 2 weeks since some random girl started a thread about it. Her boyfriend was even nice enough to tell everyone what time it airs on which network. Wait shouldn't this go on the commercial sponsor board?

I didn't get that impression. Look at the post history for the OP and there is nothing that shows a relationship with the show. Secondly, the "boyfriend" Flatlined is the show host commenting on a thread about...his show. I don't fault him for providing the time and location to watch his content in a thread about...his show. Not everything in life has to be a conspiracy theory.
