Default Albemarle 41 GLE Salmon Fishing - Underwater and Drone Video

Some vid of the Albemarle on Lake Michigan. Was able to get some good drone footage and underwater video. Also toward the 3:50 mark it shows a typical salmon spread as some guys were asking in another post why we need so many rods.

Very cool! Thanks for posting.

You had some "farm pond" conditions there. Something tells me that those lakes can get a little bumpier that that!

Yes, boat is in Holland for its daily dockage. We left from Holland and drove across to Racine. It is pretty much a 270deg heading for 82 miles. Was a nice ride to and from. On the way over the guys can rig the rods. On the way back we clean the fish (legal in WI waters of Lake MI, stupid that Michigan doesnt allow it) and tear down the rods. Works pretty well.

Yes, it was really flat. Too flat to be honest. The day we did best is when we had a little chop. Also, when it is that flat you are covered in bugs. It does make for some great drone conditions however!!

For the underwater stuff? It is a water wolf. We run it off of a rigger. I would really like to get something with higher resolution, but I havent seen anything available yet. The king that cruised in and out was a heartbreaker. Only downside of that thing. You see all the fish that rejected you!
