Default In the 30s...near record lows here this morning

Near freezing, high of only 60 today...well into May. Therefore global warming is false.

Bullshittery. I mowed the yard yesterday just so I could sit on the screened porch and drink coffee while admiring the perfectly crafted pattern with just enough of a rough edge from my refusal to weed eat to look natural. And now it's too damn cold to do so unless I put on a winter coat like this is freaking 4th of July in Ohio or something.

I may have to put the liner back in my riding jacket too. Nonsense.

Dropped off motorsickle yesterday wearing long sleeve T, half helmet, and no socks. Going to pick it up today and I m thinking I may want socks, full helmet, gloves, and jacket. Almost started a fire last night with some of the leftover wood we have on the porch.

The climate change folks will claim 6 weeks of drastically reduced carbon emissions is responsible.

Same here but it was too damn windy...well, outside fire I mean. I don't use the insert unless it's below 40 otherwise I can't get a draft going.

But anyway I was grilling some mojo chicken and was wrapping up around 8 - it cold cold QUICK after the sun went down.

Anything in the 60s for me requires a liner and probably a thermal. It's amazing how chilly it still feels when you're moving and have the wind blast hitting you.

Worked in the rain yesterday in cool temps. Today should be fun, adding thermals to keep from freezing my ass off. Now where are those damn winter hats.

Yeah BIL says there's snow predicted in #Believeland today. That does suck.

Also very windy here in WI during past month or so. Yesterday was almost 20 degrees below normal, tomorrow much of the same.

I knew we were screwed when we had warm weather a month or two back. Some kind of seasonal shift going on. Warmer winter, cooler spring.

43* when I got up this morning. It seems like it's been a lot windier this winter and spring too.

Snowing pretty good here. I was wondering how the heck we could be having snow squalls in May but then remembered it's 2020 and figured it's about right.

Global warming goes in both ways actually, in heating and cooling... it has to due with the dropping down of the jet stream/polar vortex. But, yes.. it is unseasonably cool for May.

43 here in the middle of SoCar. Had to turn on the gas logs on the porch while I drank coffee this morning to keep from freezing.
My blood is too thin to put up with this global cooling crap.

52 up here in paradise, expecting 67 for a high and it should hit 70 tomorrow, pretty nice for our neighborhood. 45 years ago on this day we had snow on the ground ... I was on my honeymoon at White Sulfur Hot Springs, a forest service cabin and hot springs in the middle of a wilderness area.
Thinking about heading back up there next couple days... About 70 miles North on the water.
