Default Smoker - Grill - What’s on your patio

Having a little fun. What grill, smoker and cooker do you have.

- Kamado Joe Classic

- Traeger Timberline 850

I like both - steaks on the Kamado are 10x better. But the Traeger is just easy, rib, chicken and. pork butts. 🤙🏻🍺

Large Big Green Egg, mini-egg wannabe and a large gas grill that now never gets used (except to hold the egg accessories)

My game is weak at current but gets the job done.

Weber jumbo Joe kettle and a 22" Blackstone. Old cheap propane/charcoal/offset smoker combo rusted out so trying to get by before investing in some new accoutrements.

On the list is a 22" Weber Kettle of some form, and an 18" WSM. May also add a 36" Blackstone now that I've gone to Blackstone church and know the truth. The 22 is awesome but fills up quick.

Bluefish get smoked on the Weber kettle. Everything else gets grilled on the el-cheapo gas grill. We it rusts out, we'll get another one.

Large and Mini Max BGE. I now use the Mini Max 95% of the time. The amount of charcoal I save vs firing up the Large is incredible, close to $200/year savings in charcoal since I cook 5+ nights a week on it.

BGE

If I don't feel like firing up the charcoal for 1 or 2 steaks or a small amount of food it gets cooked in cast iron outiside on a propane burner
