Default need help making sanitizer

as most of you may know, we have a wholesale/retail outlet for any type of food or industrial establishment. We currently are able to get everything one could possibly imagine but hand sanitizer.....so reading online it says use x amount of 91% alcohol and x amount of aloe gel, the only 2 things I can find is 70% alcohol and aloe liquid.....will this work and if so what % parts of each to add? I have been shipping people on here and abroad TP,disenfectants, food, water ETC ETC and now is the time I would like to try something for myself....below is a pic of what I have to work with....thanks in advance for any help....again, this is the only 2 bottles I have found,no 91% or aloe GEL to be found anywhere...

In order for hand sanitizer to be effective it must contain minimum 60% alcohol so be careful not to dilute it too much.

Honestly, I would put a small premium on the goods that are hard to acquire parlay that savings into giving your employees ample time to wash their hands when needed.

What you have will NOT work. Aloe GEL and 91% alcohol.

If that's all you have drink the aloe, splash the alcohol on a rag and wipe your hands with it. Seriously, you're better off cutting it with glycerin, aloe isn't red and that mix will make your hands sticky and give you the urge to lick them.

If all you have is 70 % alcohol, 9:1 ratio with Aloe gel.
If you can find 99%, 3:2 ratio.

Ok Kim just walked in with this. So I have a full bottle of 70% alcohol and aloe gel. Will this work?

As said, 9 parts 70%iso and 1 part aloe, or other stuff, will give you 63%ish strength (9*7=63). Easy peasy!

70 percent is the must effective level. You need to use that straight out of the bottle.

Anything higher or lower is less effective.

There was a guy on the news that has a booze distillery (craft) that was making hand sanitizer. He was using agar to thicken the sauce. Maybe you can score some through one of your suppliers.
