Default Identify This Piece Of Black Plastic

Ok, I was using the Stihl blower in the garage and I brushed up against something, found this on the floor, does not look like a blower part, clean non-greasy. About 1" long.??

Looks like a stud for a strap. Slides onto a screw with exposed threads. Brass insert holds it in place.

It does look like a hook point. Maybe it fell out of a vehicle.

It's a lube nozzle for a colonoscopy camera, Agent 86 is going to need that back. Or it fell out of Bruce W's old vacuum cleaner.
