Default Who has the right of way here?

Wife was in an accident in a Walmart parking lot. In the interest of fairness, I won't tell which vehicle she was driving until after the THT jury has rendered it's verdict.

Typically I would say the Honda has the right of way as that would be considered the travel lane in that situation and the other traffic would be considered cross traffic that must yield to the travel lane, but when in doubt, the vehicle to the right (GMC) has the right of way.

I agree with the Honda, but it is on the wrong side of the road.

Private property. There is no right of way. Fix your own stuff.
Was there a police report?

Honda. In a travel lane, not a parking lane. Should be signs, though.

Private property. Traffic laws do not apply. Police won't take a report unless there was some sort of criminal situation and/or an injury depending on the jurisdiction's policy.

There is no ROW in this case. but if there were, the GMC would have ROW in my opinion, as these are clearly marked the travel lanes (with the arrows on pavement) and the Honda is in a "crossing" lane.

But... doesn't matter. Both better fire up the deductible...

The Honda clearly has the right of way, but it is on the wrong side of the road.

Honda. If not what is the expectation? The Honda stops every 20 feet to yield to each parking row?

Unmarked intersection. Yield to the car on the right. GMC has the right of way.

Since it's a private parking lot, apparently with no stop signs at the end of each aisle (GMC), absent any other information the Honda would have right of way. However, if the GMC had come to a complete stop, looked both ways, and the proceeded, and in the meantime the Honda had simply pulled out and driven, that would be a different situation. Just because you are in the driving lane (Honda) does not allow you to proceed recklessly.
