1964 Ford. Grandfather told me mid week Saturday I was going with him. We went together picked up that thing. Was his pride and joy on the farm. I've kept it running all these years but it takes care of itself.for the most part. Still have it its still a work horse. Slush box. Automatic.

Great years to be a teenager...some of the best music ever. No STD's, no Aids.

The Beatles concert in Jax in 1964 kicked off some great years of fun fun fun in the Florida sun...

Cheap gas, cheap food...hell, I had my own apartment when I was 17.

The two years I had between high school and the Navy were memorable...

I'll post a picture of my '68 Oceanside surfboard later...along with me and my '56 MGA

Ahhh, the '70's! Looking back it seems it was so much simpler then.

Feel so lucky to have been born in the 60's and have the 70's and early 80's to grow up in. I really think I would not enjoy growing up post 2000.

Class of 72 myself, the memories!

Been getting into the music a LOT lately, check out the Highway 61 revisited, OH MY GOD!!

I really wasn't into Dylan (or this album)then but I was 12 when it came out and I was digging The Beatles and The Stones then!!

Definitely wasn't in the hippie scene. Was in Wash DC early 60's. 18 yrs old, an amazing city for a young single man to enjoy himself.

Dacron vs mono

The first time I saw gasoline prices at .25/gal

Going offshore on my uncle's "big boat" , a 19' Glastron with an 85 Chrysler.
