My bully had very similar issue probably 15 years ago. He ate a tube of lip stick.

Back home now. They gave him 3 shots, benedryl, steroid, and epinephrine. Looks much better. I just cut the back yard 2 days ago, so I doubt yellow jackets or they would have let me know they were there. Also the 2 other dogs are fine, so not sure. Going to try a good bath later if he still looks good. $150.

What breed?
Is the dog scratching them?
Any abnormal behavior?
Can you move those lumps around or are they solid?
If they move around i would venture to say there fatty tumors. ( benign)

My boxer was allergic to mosquitoe bites. He would swell up just like that. I have a friend bill who does the same thing also.

Yep. Allergic reaction, proper treatment by vet btw, bath ok but won't really help, systemic reaction....should resolve....probably never figure out cause either....monitor closely for 24 hrs

If you have a privacy fence them wasps can build a hell of a nest.

My dumb ass hound would pull them big hand size nests down and eat them while getting lit up.

The more they stung her the more she hunted them.

Dumb Dogs take after their owner!

I had a dog who had the same one morning and i believe it was some kind of bigs, fire ants or something like this, it went away after some hours.
