Thinking the same, how about a seal wearing a black coat for the logo inserted in a pic of your product.

I went on a road trip a couple weeks ago and saw a seal coating company that had all their trucks painted flat black and just orange letters that said "driveway sealing" with a phone#, it must be working because there was 2 dozen trucks in the yard and they were very well taken care of along with the property.

Don't over think it

Don't do it! Somewhere, somehow, a seal will be offended...

DA Sealcoating

Sealing so tight, it's like a duck's ass.

Might not be good for the prissy areas.

Keep it simple and make it clear what you're doing. Since there are a bunch of other people doing the same thing you might want to see what you like and dislike about theirs. Nothing is worse than looking at someone's trucks and having to figure out what they do.

Being coastal New England...I'd have a graphics guy/girl do up a logo of a seal putting down coating.
Dunno if you know of any graphics design folks...I have access to a couple.

Used this service for a logo... VERY reasonable.

Sent me all sorts of variations after I gave them a basic outline. Ended up with the one on the top of my web site:
G2 OUTFITTERS - T-Top Canvas

Here's one of the variations...
