Default Coffee This Morning?

What's in your cup today? This my current new favorite, available at finer HEB's everywhere Has that dark, strong and smoky flavor that some of us crave.

This morning was a nice Uganda Kapchorwa Sipi Falls Raised Bed

Been switching back and forth between that and an absolutely fantastic Sumatran family farm.
Super cool family in Sumatra...Sumatra Atu Lintang Junus Family Triple Picked.

That farm has it down. Stunning coffee.

Love the smell of coffee beans but never drank a single cup of coffee for some reason.

Coffee Creamer.

Had a new girl over last Saturday night we tore into a bottle of Fireball and Rum Chata. Noticed that Rum chata had a awesome flavor next morning found out she didn't do coffee. So I made me a cup and added some of that Rum Chata in it. Guys its awesome. Its not cheap but in coffee one bottle will last a long time. Doing two shots Fireball two shots Rum Chata in a glass is standard it don't last long for two but it turned a cup of coffee into a morning delite. Screw that french, Irish, or half and half stuff. . LOL ITs really that good. Try it.

Double shot espresso made with fresh ground Starbucks espresso beans. Sam's club carries the Starbucks whole espresso beans at a good price.

On the "other side of the tracks" The local Flying J truck stop has one of the sporty grinds the beans and brews your swill machine and they have some Sumatran that is crazy good.

When I lived in St Croix I would buy 3lbs bags of "Cruzan Blend" beans which was a Jamiacan Blue Mountain coffee, also superb.

A mixture of Pilon and Yuban....

That coffee is so thick and strong you will think you're pulling out the Excalibur sword instead of the spoon..
