I always read all the posts about our THT community losing our pets. Ive had one before myself. Today we had to say goodbye to our beloved Bandit as he was very sick. Cindy took him to the vet today and was advised that it was time. Liver and kidney disease.
He loved the river house and every one he met. He loved laying in the yard and letting the sun beat down on him. As sad as I am, I’m happy to have had my time with him. I can’t believe he’s gone. He was so friendly.here are some pictures.

What a beautiful Aussie! So sorry for your loss. We lost our black try Moby 9 1/2 years ago and I still miss him very much! We now have his nephew (just turned 9) who's a blue merle. They truly are great dogs!

RIP Bandit . A good dog is just so unexplainably hard to let go of . The toughest men cry like babies , and for good reason .

Love the look on his face in the pic with the kitty.
They're the best.

God bless you man. Nothing more painful in my book. I’m glad you had your time with Bandit and that he had a good life. You’ll see him again...

Sorry. Sounds like Bandit lived a great life and left you with the gift of many fond memories.
Dogs are just about the best things God put on this planet imho.
