They have it at my local Lowes
Main list

Have to narrow down by store but they have a lot at my store
Online they show it in a couple different aisles so you may have missed it

I ordered it. HD seemed to have the best price for the qty I needed. Ship to store. It was just a pia suprise. I got to get a few things and don't want to make 8 stops around town. Same range at lowes now. Discount auto had nothing that course in 9-11 sheet size.

Whatever you do, don’t buy Harbor Freight sandpaper... I did once and it clogged up nearly instantly. It was 95% useless. I never put much into sandpaper quality until I bought that garbage.

Unfortunately not just down the street or on the way. I didn't want to spend time driving around.
I've used theirs and agree. It's one of those things where cheaping out just makes the job harder.

Bear in mind that not all sandpaper is created equal. One place to look for superior quality sandpaper is in the auto parts department at Walmart with the touch up paint and bondo. Or look at the big national auto parts stores.

This. For example, when touching up a sterndrive, there’s a certain kind of paper to avoid (I forget what one it is, but the Volvo Penta manual says what one to avoid).
