What were some of your favorite single episodes of any TV show?
Off the top of my head, probably in my top 5,
WKRP in Cincinnati - The Thanksgiving episode with the turkey drop. "With God as my witness, I thought turkeys could fly."
Seinfeld - The Contest
MASH - Colonel Blake dies
What else you got?

Castle Rock - Season one...Episode 7 (The Queen). The writers hit it out of the park on this one.

First episode of Ozarks.....when they toss the wife's lover out the window.
Not a fan of the office, but he episode where Dwight and Jim, try to mimic each other, and the dentist from Hangover, goes to the high school to visit his girlfriend.
Criminal Minds....the episode where JJ wants to come back....

Man there were so many good episodes of Boston Legal.
One of my favorite scenes from the entire series is when someone is trying to get in the building with a gun to get at Denny, but no one in the building wants to tell Denny what's happening until the last possible second. Someone comes in to inform him and Denny says, "Why didn't anyone tell me!" He reaches down into the bottom draw of his desk and brings out a shotgun, screws on the barrel and aims at the door, then yells "Pull!" The door opens and Denny fires at the bad guy from his desk chair. I've been trying for years to track down a clip of that scene and I still can't find it. I can't narrow down the season let alone the episode number.
I also really like the episode from the Office when Michael wakes up and steps on a George Foreman grill because he likes waking up to the smell of fresh bacon. I still laugh when I picture Dwight peeling out of the parking lot and crashing his car, then puking on the hood of the car because he has a concussion.
