Default Refrigerator for Barn Loft

My first addition to this loft that will never be this clean again will be a refrigerator. (So that we can use the pool table.)

So I understand that many refrigerators do not work well at outside temps above 100 or below 30. I saw this article on garage ready refrigerators and says some are made for 5 below to 110.
I can't find any of the ones they mentioned nor any on Home Depot or Amazon.
Do I really need one? I have an old one in my attached garage that seems to work OK. I know my daughter said the newer ones do not work when it is too cold.
What do you guys use ?

one of these in my garage. Tip: don't tell your friends when you fill it up and don't be nice and set everything in it to free

Our vacation place is totally unheated in off season. With an old beer fridge it cost almost nothing per month. We had a second fridge in the main house.
Replaced the old beer fridge and we were getting $0-50 / month electric bills. The fridge was heating to keep stuff from freezing apparently.
Unplugged it and electric usage went back to almost 0. If you are up there shooting pool, I am sure it will be fine.

Stick to any traditional fridge with no through door ice. Universal garage kits are available for them that will keep them working fine when it’s extremely cold.

My former attached uninsulated garage would get pretty cold in the winter and the freezer didn’t work right. Fridge part was always fine.
