AR pistol... ??

For those that might be scared of AR's... buy an AR 10, it has 5 less ARs.

AR15 pistol with stabilizing brace. Or are you looking for a more specific answer like manufacturer?

Good point. Could be SBR, hard to tell from small thumbnail.

Not really.................

https://www.80lowerjig.com/blogs/80-...ol-brace-2019/

Summary
  • In 2014, the ATF said that shouldering a pistol didn’t make your AR-15 pistol an SBR.
  • In 2015, the ATF reversed. They said using a brace as a stock constitutes a “redesign”, making your pistol an SBR.
  • In 2019, the ATF gave a ruling that says “incidental” and “sporadic” use of an arm brace as a buttstock isn’t illegal.
  • You can shoulder a pistol brace, but the ruling is somewhat conditional and not a strict “always yes” or “always no”.

... and the BATFE also said bump stocks were perfectly fine...

I don't trust anything that depends on a ATF interpretation. There should never have been a law that allowed it.

If it's a SIG Brace it isn't illegal to shoulder.

Looks like a Maxim Defense PDW pistol brace. Very much legal to shoulder. Couple of areas look like they have been photo shopped a bit (muzzle, magazine).

Larger than 556 for sure and not a pistol caliber...and 7.62x39 in that small of an AR pistol is a bit interesting..
