If I had to guess this boat belonged to his father or another family member.
When they became ill or passed away the brother took possession of the boat, renamed it, and listed it for sale. Then our buddy Joe grabbed the boat from his brother and brought it down to Florida.

Hull Number listed there is also not listed on the USCG site https://foss.nmfs.noaa.gov/apexfoss/...5987969::NO:::

boat was his uncles. Uncle passed away before it sold. Family was trying to sell it for his aunt.
Capt. nitwit made a fake bill of sale & took possession.

Not sure that constitutes as a "save", lol.

Joe probably thinks he was smart by creating this hurricane scenario, but he might be up for a rough awakening....specially with fuel spill....

Pic of rich uncle. The Montauk house, palm beach house & yacht are supposed to be his.

Brother (Mathew) was facilitating sale for aunt, scumbag brother (joseph) made fake bill of sale & took it to ft pierce.

That's as likely as him rolling in 30 ft' seas. I talked to FWC as they came passed. My wife reprimanded me later saying, "Sound travels on water. You all shouldn't have laughed so loud while shaking your heads!"

With the fines and wrath that are about to come down, I'd start saying the bill of sale was totally legit.

Curious if Matt (good brother) has asked anyone on this forum to act as his communicator on this thread? Received a private message to act as the intermediary... not certain why yet. But this just leveled up for me.

This is going to be a million times better than the 41 Luhrs thread.

Maybe even better than neighbors having a wedding venue.
