Taking kids to Penn State Football game. Its the only weekend we can get the kids who are at other colleges out there..

Hanging out at the dock as we just sold our house and have a 3.5 week layover before we can move into the new place so we are living on the boat.

That's dry Rub I made Sunday so no need to be sealed. Also made the Mop sauce in the Vinegar bottles to moisten the meat after it's shredded and add a little zing. The BBQ sauce is a local Carolina sauce that is better than anything I can make.

I don't measure and it varies depending on the spice cabinet. But something like this. One cup paprika and one cup dark brown sugar. Then about a teaspoon or so of the following spices. Blk pepper, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, dry mustard. Thats about it but can add or loose a spice or two, the paprika and brown sugar are the base.
