Beat to death in the city of brotherly love, don't take what's not yours.

Dad & Mom should be given a parade and keys to the city.

I'm not a fan of the "beat to death" description when someone gets punched, falls down, hits their head and dies of an aneurysm. Beat to death makes me think there was nothing but punches/beating that caused the death. Whatever they call it here it is still a feel-good story.

No pity on the carjacker/kidnapper. I am glad he's erased and I hope the same happens to the next 10,000 who repeat this crime.

No way to prove dad actually threw the blow that killed the kidnapper. But I think dad will get charged with some type of accessory. Mom left the car running with the kids inside, not dad. Charge her!

Some advice to future vigilantes? If you're gonna commit this type of crime, do it in South Florida. The State Attorney's office KNOWS the best they could hope for would be a split jury. Finding that many members of a jury unanimous in conviction? Pfffft!!!

Sounds like a case of Suicide to me.
Are we going to hear about how the Perp was late for church where he was getting a Citizenship Award and needed a ride?

If there was a video of this incident posted, the mods here would be looking for the keys to the bus.

Don't lure me in, Bugnut. I've already had my hand slapped once this week.

One word on this, CONSEQUENCES! I talk to my children about this all the time. I always remind them that there will be consequences for the choices they make in life, good or bad consequences will come.
We all choose our own paths in life, choose wisely!

It doesn’t bother me that the thief is dead. What does concern me is that a mob joined in. If the father actually killed him while saving his children, then justice was served. If the mob joined in for fun then they should be held accountable

It’s being reported on now that the guy who stoled the car had just received news that his family was in trouble and although he responded improperly by taking a car, he must of felt the need to get home immediately. His wife of 30 years is devastated and says that her husband is a loving farther and her life long best friend and she has no words that can describe how this could have happened

Unless a volcano was spewing hot lava 100 yards from me I'd never even think about taking another's car. There is really no excuse for his actions, as it was proven it would have been fast for him to run then drive anyway.
